Attorney Robert Petersen (Of Counsel)

 

Attorney Robert Petersen is of counsel to the firm for real estate - foreclosure, execution and deed of trust issues as well as other regular collection matters.  These may range to straight-forward concepts such conducting a substitute trustee sale, sheriff or constable sale to more technical business disputes and contractual actions.  While Robert handles our foreclosure issues throughout the state, he is our go to counsel for other litigation in the DFW area.

 

Mr. Petersen graduated from the University of Brigham Young in Provo, UT.  Subsequently, he graduated from the University of Houston.
