Jon Hill - Owner / Managing Attorney

 

Jon Hill has practiced collections,  business law and litigation, land and real estate law throughout the State of Texas since 1994.  During that period, he has taken hundreds of cases to trial in courts throughout the state.  His focus is primarily on helping businesses and their owners reach full productivity of their assets.

Jon Hill has practiced in numerous areas varying from simple business formation to complex contract drafting and litigation.  He has served as general counsel to large companies in both oil/gas and telecommunications  becoming quite familiar with the technical legal aspects of each industry as well the regular ins and outs of running/managing large companies their employment, tax, and asset/vehicular fleet management issues.  Also having been certified as a professional landman by the AAPL, Jon Hill has written, negotiated and enforced in court hundreds of various leases, land swaps, operating agreements, deeds and Master Service Agreements on behalf of oil interest holders and regular owners alike.
