Previous and Next Buttons

To navigate back and forth between pages, use the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons. Most data-checking error messages are designed for you to be able to correct incorrect or mismatching data by using these buttons. Should you encounter a problem that seems more difficult to resolve than by simply going back and correcting your data, press 'refresh' or F5. This will reset your form to the beginning, but save the data you have inputted.

Pausing

Should you need to stop in the middle of entering your data, simply select the 'Save and Answers and Resume Later' link at the bottom of the page. This function may be especially helpful if you need to gather your credit card or banking information before completing the transaction.
